A Love For Food
From a very young age Pat remembers always being in the kitchen with his mother. He watched and learned. As he got older, making tomato sauce from baskets of ripe roma tomatoes, fresh pasta, prosciutto and sausage became a much loved ritual. Through the ranks Pat has risen from a chef apprentice to executive chef and most recently manager of kitchen development with a restaurant company. After 35 years of culinary experience, this is his opportunity to share his love of food with others visually through food styling.
